The Beers...

Bunny Green Toe 2.3 o’clock - The Dude abides with this resurrected Lake Louie IPA, resplendent with Magnum, Columbus, and Amarillo hops. This beer is full of citrus hop character and balanced with a delightful malty sweet finish. Alcohol is ramped up to 8% ABV pushing this beer into Imperial IPA territory and complementing the bold malt and hop flavors.

Hoppy Cheeks Dry-Hopped Hefeweizen - We heavily modified a Hefeweizen to bring together wheat beer and IPA drinkers alike. This beer features familiar fruity Hefeweizen characteristics and a rich, robust sweetness. We added to the fruity fun by heavily dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. This beer will warm you up on a cool summer night with ramped up 8% ABV.

Ma chère Caroline - We dug up an esteemed WBC favorite from the vault – S’Wheat Caroline – and gave it a Summer Solstice makeover. We boosted the alcohol to near 8%, we more than QUADRUPLED the Dry Hops, and to top it off we gave it a Belgian backbone utilizing Trappist and Belgian yeast strains. The profile is clean yet fruity, layered and balanced, citrus and sweet.
